You and everyone else sadly has experienced this at some time.

In the Location document Internet Browser Tab it is probably set to "Microsoft Internet Explorer" edit this field to "Notes" or "Notes with MSIE"

Save and Close

Then Edit it again and set it back to "Microsoft Internet Explorer"

This ahs done the trick in many a case.
